I’ve gone through a lot of self growth since my original blog so this one is dedicated to things important to me, including being well (both mentally and physically), impacting society how you can, and being the best version of you possible.
I’ve spent a decade pursuing various degrees so I can have more letters to add to my already incredibly long last name (joking!). I climbed the corporate ladder pretty well in my 20s. I neglected my health while climbing until I crashed in my late 20s.
I was stressed/depressed and that led to a physical injury. The silver lining is that it made me focus on the mental wellness aspect. It is OK not to be OK. We all go through things.
